Who we are and what this is
SiteCheck is a website checker and a small service that sells fix packs, FAQ chatbots and new websites. The business is run by Kraize Builds, Phase 3 Brgy. Aguso, Tarlac City 2300, Philippines (the "owner", "we", "us"). Contact: sitecheck.support@gmail.com.
"Order" means any fix-pack order, website order or accepted quote. By ticking the box on an order form you agree to these terms and confirm you have read the privacy policy. You must be old enough to make a contract where you live (18 in most places).
The checker: passive only, and your permission
The free checker only makes ordinary requests, like a visitor's browser would: it reads the public page, robots.txt and sitemap.xml of the address you enter. It does not log in, probe ports, guess passwords or run attack-style tests.
By entering an address, or by placing an order for it, you confirm that you own the website or are allowed by its owner to have it checked and worked on. If you are not sure, do not enter it. We may refuse or stop a check that looks abusive. The score is a guide based on what is visible in the page and its response headers; it is not a security audit.
If you choose the optional Google PageSpeed check, the address you entered is sent to Google to run it (see the privacy policy).
Orders, prices and payment
Prices and terms are subject to change. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, and it can change for future orders. See Changes to these terms and prices.
Prices are in US dollars. Website packages are "starting at" prices: extra pages ($35 each) and extra revision rounds ($29 each) are added, and we may adjust a quote after reviewing your order. We tell you the final price before you pay, and you can decline.
Custom fixes and add-ons. Fix Packs cover what our checker finds. Anything else is priced separately: a small add-on (one contained change on a page you already have, such as editing text, adding a button or swapping an image) is $15 to $25; a medium add-on (for example a new page section, a contact or booking form, or fixing one broken feature) is $35 to $60; bigger requests get a custom quote. We confirm the exact price by email before any work starts, you are not charged until you agree, and you can decline. Payment is required before work starts, the refund rules in Refunds apply as for any order, and the no-installation-charge rule in Applying the fixes is unchanged.
Payment is required before work starts. You place an order request, we confirm it by email, and we start only after payment is confirmed. Payments are made through PayPal on PayPal's own page and are confirmed here only by PayPal. If online payment is not available for your order, we tell you how to pay when we confirm it. An order counts as paid only after PayPal confirms the exact amount to us, not when you click a button.
We may decline an order (for example for a site that is not yours, or a request we cannot do). If so, nothing is charged, or any payment is fully refunded.
Not included: online shops (e-commerce), logo design, your domain name, your photos and text.
Delivery times
Website delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday): Website Starter 2, Website Business 4, Website Business + Chatbot & Booking 5. The delivery clock starts only when both your payment is confirmed and your intake is complete (your content, who approves, and your domain choice). Time spent waiting for you, for your replies, or for DNS changes to spread (which can take up to 24-72 hours) does not count. These are targets we work to, not guarantees of a specific hour.
Fix packs are delivered as downloadable files on your order page once payment is confirmed.
There is no limit on how many orders we take. We work through orders in the order they are paid. When many orders are unfinished at the same time, we show a notice on the offers, order and order-status pages (and in your order confirmation) that, due to high volume of requests, delivery may take up to 24 hours. When there is no such notice, the normal waiting message applies. All delivery times and waiting estimates on this site and in these terms are estimates, not guarantees of a specific day or hour, and a late delivery is not by itself a reason for a refund; if we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund as set out in the refund policy.
Revision rounds
A revision round is one set of change requests sent together. Website Starter includes 1 round, Website Business 2, and Website Business + Chatbot & Booking 3. An extra round costs $29. Revisions fine-tune what was ordered (wording, images, layout within the pages ordered); a new idea or a different design is a scope change.
Your content and rights
You supply the text, photos and other material for your site. You promise that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not break anyone's rights or the law. You are responsible for what is published on your site. We may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful or misleading.
Images and fonts
When we add images or fonts ourselves, we use only freely licensed ones, for example from Pexels (images) and Google Fonts (fonts), and we follow their licenses. We do not use paid or unlicensed stock without telling you first.
Who owns what
You own the finished website and your accounts (your Cloudflare account, your domain, your booking account). The site is set up in your own free Cloudflare account, so it stays with you. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and our own generic templates and tools, but not your content. You can remove our access to your Cloudflare account at any time.
Scope changes
Anything outside the order (more pages than ordered, a shop, a logo, a new feature, a redesign after approval) is a scope change. We quote it separately and do it only after you agree to the quote and payment is confirmed. Small and medium custom add-ons use the price ranges in Orders, prices and payment; bigger requests get a custom quote.
Fix packs
A fix pack is generated files and instructions (for example a security-headers file, suggested titles and descriptions, a sitemap starter). You choose, on the order form, who applies them, and both ways are free (see Applying the fixes below). If you choose to apply them yourself, we do not log in to your site. Suggested titles and descriptions are starting points to edit. Some findings cannot be fixed by files (for example slow hosting, or compressing image files): they are listed, not fixed. A fix pack is not sold for a site that has no real website yet.
Applying the fixes (free)
Two free options, no installation charge. For a fix pack (the Basic Fix Pack or the Bundle) you choose on the order form: (A) "I'll apply it myself", with plain-language step-by-step guides in your pack for WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace and plain HTML or other hosts; or (B) "Please apply it for me". Installation help is included in the package price. If you change your mind, tell us and we will switch you to the other option.
How access works if you choose (B)
Invitation only, never a password. You give us access only by inviting our work email as a limited member, editor or collaborator on your platform (the order form and your order page show a short invite guide for your platform). We never ask for, and you must never send us, a password, a recovery code or a login code. We do not accept shared logins.
Smallest role. We ask for the lowest role that lets us change what your pack covers, and nothing else.
You can take access away at any time. Remove our email from your platform's members or users page whenever you like. If you remove it before we finish, we stop, tell you what was and was not done, and you can finish with the guides. That is not a reason for a refund by itself, but nothing is lost: everything we did is on your site and in your pack.
We only touch what the pack covers. We apply the items in your pack and nothing else. If we notice something else that looks wrong, we leave it alone and tell you.
We keep a before-and-after record. This is your original scan report, the re-scan taken when we deliver, and a short written note of what we changed and where. We send you a copy on request.
Take your own backup first. Please back up your site before you invite us (the order form explains how for each platform). The order form asks you to tick a box to confirm this.
When we are done, we tell you, and you can remove our access. We will not log in again unless you ask for something new.
Claims, fix-or-refund and tampering when we apply the fixes
The same fix-or-refund rules apply (see Refund policy), and they apply to the package as delivered. Our package fingerprint is made when the pack is delivered, and it covers the files exactly as delivered (including HOW-TO-APPLY.txt). Applying the files for you does not change that fingerprint, and changes we make as part of applying them are expected, not tampering.
If a package item is faulty, the free fix (up to 2 attempts) and, only after 2 failed attempts, the refund decision work exactly as described in the refund policy.
If we applied a correct item wrongly, we correct or undo it for free (we have the before record). We count it as one of your 2 free fix attempts, so it moves you towards the refund rule rather than away from it.
Changes by you or anyone else after delivery are out of scope, exactly as in the refund policy: they are not covered by a free fix or a refund. We can look at the problem, but it is a new request.
Extra changes we make at your request, in your own account, that are not in the pack are a separate job. We only do them if we agree, and with a price you accept first. They are not covered by the fix-or-refund rules. The rules cover the delivered package, not extra work or later edits.
Why we say it this way: your platform account is yours, and anyone with access can change it after we finish. We can verify what we delivered and compare it with what we changed. We cannot be responsible for what happened afterwards.
Assisted installs are done in the order orders are paid. We will tell you roughly when, after payment is confirmed; we make no promise of a time before then. When your 48-hour claim window starts: if you chose "Please apply it for me", it starts at the moment we tell you the install is complete (we record that time when we mark the install complete), not at delivery. Why: until we have applied the files, your site does not have the fixes yet, so a claim could not be judged fairly. If you chose "I'll apply it myself", it starts at delivery, as in the refund policy. Until we mark your install complete, you cannot file a claim yet, and we will tell you when the window has started. If we deliver a free fix for you, we apply it too, and the 48 hours start again when we mark that install complete. Everything else in the refund policy (evidence, our own check, fingerprints, a full refund only after 2 failed fix attempts) stays the same.
The chatbot and booking
The chatbot is a simple FAQ-style helper: it answers only the questions and answers you give us. It is rule-based, not an AI assistant, and it has a usage cap (fair use: 1,000 answers a month; the owner confirms the exact cap when confirming your order). Booking means a link or embed to your own free booking account; we do not run a booking system, take bookings or handle bookings for you.
Hosting, accounts and domains
Your site lives in your own free Cloudflare account. You give us access by inviting our work email as a member of that account; we never ask for your passwords, API tokens or login codes (see the setup guide). Domains are bought and paid for by you, from a registrar, and are not included in our price (typically roughly $10-15 a year). Cloudflare's plans, limits and prices are Cloudflare's and can change. DNS changes can take time and are outside our control.
Refund policy
No refund for "I just don't like it". If you change your mind, or you simply do not like how the result looks or reads (style, colours, wording, taste), we do not refund it. Why: before you pay, you get a free watermarked sample that shows you exactly what you are buying, so you can decide with full information. Refunds are never for a change of mind. If something we delivered really does not work, we fix it for free; a refund is the last resort (fix packs only, see below). The only other refund is if you cancel before we start work.
Short version: full refund if you cancel before work starts (or if we cannot deliver at all). After delivery, a verified defect is fixed free of charge, with up to 2 fix attempts. A fix pack is refunded, in full, only if we could not fix it after those 2 attempts. A website build is never refunded once work has started: only the free fix. Every claim needs evidence, and we decide on our own verification, not on the claim alone.
Where your order is
What you can get
You cancel before we start work (status is not "In progress"; this includes an order you have paid for that we have not started)
100% refund. Also 100% if we cannot deliver at all or we decline your order.
Work has started, not yet delivered
No refund if you cancel or change your mind (the work has been started and the sample was free). If we cannot deliver at all: 100%.
A free fix only. No refund option once work has started.
Delivered, no defect found, or the files or site were changed by you or someone else
No refund. Where a real defect exists but part of it is caused by later changes, we may fix only our part for free (never a partial refund).
Why we have these rules
We would rather explain than just say no. These rules protect honest customers, because a refund policy that can be tricked ends up costing everybody.
Change of mind or dislike: no refund. The free watermarked sample shows exactly what you are buying before you pay. Taste is the one thing the sample lets you judge in advance, so we cannot refund it afterwards.
Fix packs: a refund only after we verified a fault and could not fix it in 2 attempts. A fix pack is a set of files you download. Files can be changed after delivery, by you, by someone helping you, or by accident, and a changed file can make a good package look broken. So we first check your evidence and re-check the site ourselves, and we compare the package with the original fingerprints we stored when we delivered it. We repair a verified fault for free first (up to 2 attempts). Only if we still cannot make it work do we refund, and then it is a full refund.
Website builds: a free fix only, never a refund once work has started. Your site and its source code live in your own Cloudflare account, where you can change them at any time. That means we cannot confirm what was delivered or what has changed since, and refunds would be open to abuse (a working site could be edited to look broken, or simply kept while asking for the money back). We can still fix any real fault we find, free of charge.
Tampering voids the claim. If the delivered package or the site was altered in a way that causes or hides the problem, or the files do not match our stored fingerprints, we cannot accept the claim. Please do not edit the delivered files while a claim is open.
Out of scope: your later changes, your content, your hosting, third parties. We are responsible for what we delivered, as we delivered it. We are not responsible for problems caused by changes you or others made afterwards, by content you supplied (text, photos, other plugins), by your hosting or domain provider, or by other third-party services. These are not covered by a free fix or a refund. Where a real defect exists alongside them, we may remedy only our part.
Evidence, and our own verification. Every claim must include evidence (the page where the problem can be seen, a screenshot and/or a SiteCheck re-run). We do not decide on your word alone, and we do not decide on ours alone either: we re-check the site and compare it with what we delivered, and we decide on our own verification. We will tell you the reason for our decision.
How a claim works (fix packs and websites)
File within 48 hours of delivery. (If you chose "Please apply it for me", the 48 hours start at the moment we tell you the install is complete, not at delivery; see Applying the fixes.) Use the claim form (open it from your order page). Give the order number, which items failed, what failed, evidence (the page where the problem can be seen, plus a screenshot link and/or the link of a SiteCheck re-run), and whether you changed any delivered file. You do not pick a remedy: a verified defect is fixed free. A short window keeps the evidence fresh and the site as we delivered it.
We check it ourselves. When we deliver, we record a secret fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash, a short code computed from the content, of every delivered file and of the ZIP, the delivery time and the scan result at the time). To check a claim we scan your site again, compare it with that record, and may ask you for the package you used. If the files do not match what we delivered, the claim cannot be accepted.
We answer within 2 business days of your claim.
The free fix. If the defect is verified, we fix it at no charge. Each fix is delivered with a new fingerprint recorded, and you then have another 48 hours to tell us if it still does not work. We make up to 2 fix attempts per order.
A refund (fix packs only) is possible only if, after the 2 fix attempts, a new claim (with evidence, checked by us again) shows the defect is still there. Then we refund the order in full (the whole price you paid for it) to the original payment method within about 5 business days of approval where PayPal allows. Payment-provider fees may not be returned by the provider. Website builds are never refunded once work has started, even after 2 fix attempts: we keep working with you on the fix.
A claim is accepted only if all of these are true: it was filed within the 48 hours, with evidence; our own re-check shows that the original, unmodified delivery does not do what the offer promised; and we find no sign that the delivered files were changed. We decide based on our own verification. We may fix only our part, or give no remedy, if the problem is caused by changes you or someone else made after delivery, by content outside what you ordered, or by something that was already fixed before we re-checked.
Domain names, registrar fees and other third-party costs are paid to those companies, not to us, and we cannot refund them.
For a cancellation before work starts, email sitecheck.support@gmail.com with your order number; the refund goes back to the original payment method within about 5 business days.
We keep the fingerprint, the scan snapshots and the claim evidence as described in the privacy policy.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong, please contact us first at sitecheck.support@gmail.com: most problems are fixed faster that way. We answer within 2 business days. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we will give the payment provider your order record, the intake you filled in, our messages, and proof of delivery. If we have already refunded you, we will tell the provider. We may decline future orders from people who abuse the dispute process.
No guarantee of rankings or sales
We do not promise search-engine rankings, visitors, leads or sales, or any particular score from the checker. Many things outside our control (competition, your content, search-engine changes) decide those results.
Availability of this website
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be slow, unavailable, paused (we can pause new orders at any time), or lose data, for example when our hosting has a problem or free-plan limits are reached. We do not promise it is always on.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: we provide the checker and our services without any warranty beyond what is written in these terms; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost sales, lost profit or lost data); and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
We rely on others: Cloudflare (hosting, and the account your site lives in), PayPal (payment, once it is switched on), Google (only if you choose the optional PageSpeed check), registrars and booking providers you choose yourself, and free-licensed image and font sources. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their services. See the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms and prices
These terms, our prices, our packages and what is included may change at any time. We update this page when they do, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows the version. Please check it before you order. An order is governed by the terms version you accepted and the price you were shown and paid when you placed it (we record the version and time); a later change does not raise the price of an order you have already paid for. Changes do not reduce a refund you are already entitled to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking first is handled by the courts of that place, unless the law of your own country gives you the right to use your local courts.
